How To Become A Member At The Center

In order to become a member of Center of Youth and Community Development, children/youth must be between ages 5 and 17 years old. The child’s parent/guardian must complete a membership application and provide CYC with copies of the following documents:

• Legal proof of guardianship
• Child’s birth certificate
• Immunization records
• Most recent proof of household income

In addition to filling out the CYC application, the parent/guardian must pay the required program fees to complete the membership enrolling process. They are as follows:

REGULAR FEES: $25.00 application fee per applicant
$7.00 annually

DAY CAMP FEES: $10.00 registration
(Weekly fees are income based)
